Job Description

Duties and Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and react positively to customer requests.
  • Utilize effective communication approach to convey characteristic of proprietary trading platform and Forex market to prospect clients.
  • Build and maintain client database and filing system.
  • Process clients’ account applications and documents.
  • Liaise and maintain excellent relations with different parties to ensure performance and service level meet with company’s standard.
  • Explain client about company profile, products, service and MT4 platform.
  • Support Sale Department and clients to fill forms and applying online application.
  • Cooperate with Sale Department to process new account opening for clients.
  • Verify clients’ enquiry with supporting documents, Matrix system and MT4 manager.
  • Call confirmation with clients for account opening, change information, withdrawal big amount and change new password.
  • Back up clients’ enquiry in Account Opening Record.
  • Filling client agreement both soft and hard copies.
  • Check online deposit and withdrawal requests.
  • Process deposit and withdrawal request with related departments.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports of deposit and withdrawal.
  • Filling supporting documents of deposit.
  • Processing change information for clients
  • Solve customers’ requests and complaints timely via LiveChat, Email and Phone.
  • Observe system problems and clients’ feedback then prepare report for manager.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma Holder in and discipline, preferably in finance or business administration is advantage.
  • Under or fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong interest in the financial field, aggressive, goal-oriented and can work independently;
  • Strong enthusiasm, self-motivated, well organized, solution-oriented mindset and adaptable to change;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills; and a professional telephone manner are essential;
  • Good knowledge of investment, Forex Exchange, Gold and Structure investment products.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and foreign exchange trading platforms;
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
